The Pulse of Our Spiritual Charge

A Practice of Opening, Attuning, and Allowing

There is a spiritual charge moving in and through us—a living pulse of divine becoming. This charge is not something we grasp but something we are. It moves in us, through us, and beyond us.
How do we attune to this charge?
How do we become what is already alive in us?

Practice
1. Engage the Pulse
• Stand, sit, or move with presence.
• Notice the charge in your body—the hum, the breath, the stillness, or the movement.
• Be with it, not as something to reach for, but as something already within.
2. Receive the Unfolding
• What is arising? A symbol, a sensation, an image? Let it come forward.
• You do not have to name it. Just allow.
• If nothing appears, simply rest in presence. The charge is still here.
3. Hold the Charge
• Let this presence settle before moving outward.
• Where does it land in you? In your heart, your hands, your womb, your feet?
• Feel it—not as pressure, but as living reality.

Opening into Awareness
What is mine to do now in the work of evolution?
How does this charge, this divine vitality, invite me into deeper participation?
How does what I have received move through me, through us, through the whole?
How does my being contribute to the unfolding of Christ Consciousness?
This is not just a practice—it is who we are. A charge, a pulse, a becoming.
Here is some of what my own experience holds:
For me, it is the Y shape that has been subtly coming forward in a mystical manner. It reminds me of shared oneness (the trunk) and the holding of both my humanness and my divinity (the V). It emerges as a shared cup, a new wineskin, holding it all. In that, I can release what I think or need to do and allow the flow of Spirit to move in and through me.

An Invitation to WeCreating in the Mystical Garden
Our spiritual charge to embody and become the living and loving evolution of God in the world is not something we do on our own. We need the loving support of community not just to aid us in our personal concentrations, but also to create together out of the deeper reality and power of the synergies that arise from our communion and interbeing.
For these sorts of creative collaborations and collective evolutionary processes to emerge, we need spaces for the seeding, watering, sprouting, and growing of such endeavors. We need a Mystical Garden for WeCreating!
At ICN, we are cultivating just such a place online. Our community page—The Mystical Garden—is a private space free to join where we share, learn, and connect with one another in the wider community. It can also be the seedbed for new WeCreating endeavors and expressions we bring about together.
In this way, we can step into the work and play of our spiritual charge to be WeCreators of evolution together.

Just as crucial as our “internal” work of spiritual evolution in consciousness is the “external” living out of our divine becoming in the world. Indeed, these two are not separate realms but are interconnected—how we show up in and from the divine flow is how we are waking up in our lives in the communal realm. Evolving together with “the least of these” and our brothers and sisters, who are one and the same.
So then how do we live?
“Spheres of Influence” refers to the areas of our lives we can make an impact through our presence and actions. As we seek to integrate spiritual practices and learnings into our everyday lives, we are invited to consider how these lessons, practices, and ways of being can influence the world around us.
We invite you to consciously reflect on how you might embody WeCreating as a spiritual charge of evolution in your life—in your local community, online spaces, or throughout the mystical cosmos.

In addition to the I, the We, and the All, we invite you to consider another sphere of influence: our “evolutionary sphere.” This incorporates the realm of time as well as space. We are in always in process through evolution and our conscious engagement in reality, which unfolds in linear time. But we can also tap into and participate in the eternal, which dwells with the past, present, future—and beyond—as a vital divine gift in our evolutionary becoming.

Welcoming the sphere of the future and the unknown possibilities there, open to receiving a sense or gift from the what has not yet come to be.
Welcoming the sphere of the past, open to receiving an experience, a learning, a charge that may be coming forth to integrate and live in you now in a new way.
Welcoming the sphere of the now, open to feeling the edges of growth, the areas of development, the places to be with more directly in your life today and this week.
Welcoming the sphere of the eternal, open to the mystery of God beyond time, beyond perspective, beyond all. Welcome the eternal divine in your being, flowing into consciousness and presence in your spirit deep in your soul.
